Kung Fu Massage (Traditional Tui Na) & Traditional Acupuncture (TCM-Style)

The academy offers a range of wellness-focused services inspired by traditional practices that emphasize relaxation, comfort, balance, and overall well-being.

Traditional Chinese massage, also known as Tui Na (Kung Fu Massage), is a structured bodywork practice rooted in Chinese tradition and martial arts culture. It focuses on supporting muscular comfort, flexibility, ease of movement, and relaxation through hands-on techniques. Individual experiences may vary.

Specialized abdominal bodywork techniques are used to encourage relaxation and comfort in the abdominal region. These methods aim to promote a sense of lightness, ease, and general physical comfort as part of an overall wellness experience.

Rhythmic kneading, stretching, and stroking techniques are applied to support relaxation, warmth, and overall body comfort. Many individuals choose these practices to ease everyday muscular tension, stiffness, and physical stress associated with daily activities.

Sessions are designed to promote relaxation and mental ease, which may support restful sleep and a sense of calm. These services are not intended to diagnose or treat sleep or health conditions.

In addition, the academy offers traditional acupuncture (TCM-style) as a complementary wellness service. Acupuncture sessions involve the use of single-use, sterile needles applied to traditionally recognized points, with the aim of supporting relaxation, balance, and general well-being.

Acupuncture services are provided strictly as a wellness-oriented practice and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

The techniques used across services involve pushing, stretching, kneading, and pressure-based methods to support flexibility, comfort, and ease of movement, while encouraging relaxation and overall balance.

This is a holistic, wellness-oriented approach, inspired by traditional Chinese methods, focusing on physical comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Originally learned in China—the historic home of many traditional martial arts and bodywork systems—these practices are now offered in India as complementary wellness services, chosen by many individuals as part of their personal wellness routine.

Sifu Chaitanya Naik is a traditional martial arts practitioner and wellness cultivator from India who has devoted himself to the long-term study and transmission of Chinese martial and classical therapeutic traditions.

He is a direct disciple of Choy Li Fat Hung Sing Tang, having completed systematic training under Xuyong Liang, from whom he received formal transmission of the Hung Sing lineage. His practice represents a continuation of this traditional system into a new generation.

With respect for Chinese culture and classical methods, Sifu Naik traveled to Foshan, China, the historical center of Southern martial arts, where he undertook structured training in Traditional TuiNa (Kung Fu Massage). He completed formal examinations and received certification from the China Health Union – TCM Science & Technology Center and from the Ruitian Therapy Centre (Family Lineage). Through disciplined study and assessment, he became the first Indian to complete this traditional TuiNa training program in Foshan.

Alongside martial cultivation, Sifu Naik has pursued formal learning in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. His education and ongoing guidance are under Dr. Yu Zongzhen, a sixth-generation lineage holder, with Sifu Chaitanya Naik representing the succeeding generation within this traditional line.

Within China, family-lineage medicine emphasizes moral conduct, sincerity, patience, and long-term commitment. Transmission is based not only on technique, but on character and respect for tradition. The Ruitian lineage is preserved through generational teaching, and guidance is entrusted only after sustained cultivation. Sifu Naik’s continued study reflects years of discipline, humility, and steady practice.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a classical system integrating meridian theory, internal regulation, and harmonization principles rooted in Chinese philosophy. Sifu Naik approaches his studies through structured training, examination, and lineage-guided practice.

In India, Sifu Naik is a certified member of the Central Council of Alternative Medicine and Research, the Council of Indian Acupuncturists & Research Centre, and the Federation of Acupuncture System of Therapy Board. He is also enrolled on the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions portal and registered on the AYUSH NGO portal.

He currently serves as the India Head of the Samuel Kwok Wing Chun Martial Art Association (UK) and as the Managing Director of the Academy of Combat Martial Arts India, where he is engaged in the systematic teaching of Wing Chun, traditional martial training, and related classical wellness disciplines.

Sifu Chaitanya Naik continues to dedicate himself to study, practice, and respectful exchange, with the aim of preserving correct method, honoring lineage transmission, and promoting cultural understanding between India and China.
